BEFORE
AFTER
This bathroom was outdated and badly organized from the builder. Redesigned for easier access to shower (previously there were steps to the shower from the bathtub area). A new free standing tub replaced the drop-in tub, the claustrophobic shower was replaced with a glass shower, making the bathroom look larger and brighter. New tiling, and new toilet. Vanity was replaced with a larger double bowl granite top.
Removed outdated bathroom fixtures and installed new tub, toilet and vanity. Tiled the shower and carried the tile on walls and floor, adding decorative listello. Grab bars in shower for safety. Granite counter with undermount sink.
Barrier free access shower, for the homeowner who needs accessibility, with custom glass. 1 piece toilet. Double granite countertop and custom cabinetry.
Narrow bathroom updated with new bath tub, tile and toilet. Clean, modern, high contrast to make the bathroom appear larger.
Removed 5ft bathtub and poured a custom cement base for tile. Installed walk in shower with custom glass door. Overhead rainshower and pot lights. Corner shelves for storage and a personal hand-shower.

Installed designer wall-hung toilet (tank hidden behind wall)
For those who don’t want to do a complete renovation, I install valves with renovation plates for fixing and replacing broken valves without having to tear out the existing tub and shower.

A before and after shot of a kitchen transformation. The “L” counter top has been eliminated and a separate island has been added. The arborite counters are replaced by granite.Working with my customers, letting them design what they want and need, makes the projects a truly person hands on experience for everyone.

A modern range hood fan and light combination replaces the (Hard to reach) cupboard over the oven.

By carrying the kitchen into the informal dining area, I extended the working space in the kitchen. The new island replaces the kitchen table. More storage was added with a cupboard wall extending the length of the kitchen. The pendulum lighting over the island replaces the chandelier and adds to a more luxurious feel.

In the same renovation, I removed the divisional half walls. The appearance and feel of more space is achieved. The posts could not be removed without engineering a support beam, so I used MDF panels to clad the round posts to match the theme of the cupboards and baseboards. There were also two electrical receptacles and a cold air return which were easily relocated.
